Cold Soccer, Hot Dance
We had quite an exhausting day on Saturday. I had to get up at 6:30am and that is VERY early for me as I stay up quite late. H played in a soccer tournament on Saturday in Centerville for 3 hours and it was cold, rainy and a little windy and quite miserable for S and I. Then S had a dance competition in Woods Cross and she got a trophy! The best part of dance for her! When I got home I was exhausted and fell asleep at 7:00pm and slept til 7:30am the next morning! I don't know what I would do with more than 2 kids! I have been blessed with 2 wonderful kids and I'll stick with that for now!

Let it Snow!
We had an impromptu play in the snow moment at our house. These are the outfits the kids put together on their own. All I can say is that at least they were warm and clothed and they had a blast!

Merry Christmas from the 2nd Grade
Tonight I went to Hunter's 2nd grade Christmas program. These are the moments that I live for with my kids...I must sound like a proud mom. At Three Mile Creek Elementary we have a whopping 150+ 2nd grade students...so 150 kids times 2 parents times 2 grandparents=alot of people! It was difficult to see Hunter through 150 kids but he shined nonetheless to me. He has now determined that he is a little bit "too cool" to sing so he and his best friend Jackson did minimal amounts of singing and actions (and a lot of talking). At least I don't have to worry about shelling out money for music lessons. I am grateful for the teachers and their efforts in helping my son become a well-rounded person. I hope the video I took will make lasting memories for my son who is growing up way too fast for his mom. I was happy to see him still searching the crowd to make sure his mom was watching him. My Huntie is still my little baby boy and always will be!
